Environmental Management Systems
The Executive Vice President Responsible for Environmental Management oversees environmental management systems and has established a Central Committee for Environment, Health & Safety to review whether the systems are operating smoothly and appropriately.
ISO 14001 environmental management system certification has been obtained to further advance our environmental conservation efforts. Eight Unipres locations in Japan (including Unipres Kyushu Corporation) have obtained certification for all their operations. This signifies that the entire company operates under a single policy and system. |
