You have the right to object to Unipres's Processing of your Personal Data for legitimate interests. Unipres will discontinue the Processing of your Personal Data, unless there are unavoidable legitimate grounds that take precedence over your interests, rights, and freedoms or are related to the start, execution, or substantiation of legal actions.

You have the right to request restrictions of the Processing of your Personal Data.

You have the right to request the transfer of your Personal Data to yourself or third parties. Unipres will provide your Personal Data to you or third parties designated by you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Please note that this right applies only to the information which Unipres has used with your prior consent, and the Processing of which has been automated.

There is no cost for the exercise of the above-mentioned rights. Unipres will provide you with information about the status of your request immediately, within one month after receiving your request at the latest.  Depending on the complexity and the number of requests, this period may be extended by an additional two months. If the period is extended, Unipres will notify you within one month after receiving your request.  

9.9

If your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, especially if it is made repeatedly, Unipres will charge you reasonable fees or refuse to respond to your request.

9.10

In addition to the above-mentioned rights, you have the right to file complaints with supervisory authorities at any time (particularly with the supervisory authorities of your area of residence or workplace, or the EU Member State where GDPR violation is alleged to have occurred).

ARTICLE 11. GENERAL PROVISIONS

11.1

Unipres reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy on a regular basis. Please review the applicable provisions regularly at your responsibility.
This Privacy Policy was revised last on April 1, 2020.

11.2

If a provision in this Privacy Policy is in conflict with laws and regulations, to the extent permitted thereby, such provision shall be replaced by a provision with the same meaning that reflects such provision's intention.
Even in that case, the other provisions shall continue to apply without revision.
