Product Information
-
Front fender protector
A part that protects the fender covering the tire. It shields the vehicle from water, mud, pebbles, and other debris flung by the tire, while also improving the appearance of the wheel well, the space reserved for the tire. The USS processing method is used to manufacture large, complex shapes.
Large plastic under covers for electric vehicles
By covering the underbody with flatter under covers, we enhance aerodynamic performance during driving and contribute to improving fuel and electric efficiency.
-
Front under cover
A part that covers the area underneath the motor room.It protects the vehicle from water, mud, pebbles, and other debris.
It also covers the irregularities under the vehicle to improve aerodynamic performance. The USM processing methods and USS processing methods are used to manufacture the component. -
Floor under cover
A part that covers the underbody, including the battery.
Similar to the front under cover, it protects the vehicle from water, mud, pebbles, and other debris. It also covers the irregularities under the vehicle to improve aerodynamic performance. The USS processing method is used to manufacture large-sized products. -
Rear diffuser
A part that covers the rear underbody. In addition to protecting the vehicle like the front under cover and floor under cover, this component facilitates the smooth flow of air entering from the front of the vehicle to the rear and stabilizes the car body. The USM processing method is used to manufacture large-sized products.
*Unipres Sheet Stamping (USS): A Unipres original integrated production system in which material is melted, rolled into sheet form, and continuously pressed. Forming speed is two to three times faster than injection molding. Large products can be made thin and light, at low cost. Trimming remnants are recycled inside the process.
*Unipres Stamping Molding (USM): A method in which plastic melted by heat is placed into a mold and press formed. Compared to injection molding, plastic can be formed at low pressure, making it possible to produce large products at low cost.
